Energy Assessment Reports
Sustainrgy offers a wide variety of energy assessments and reports. Our assessment usually include two or more reports and charts.
The assessment and reports are based on customer goals and objectives. A brief phone consultation can determined best assessment, reports and fees. Assessments takes approx. 2 hours + onsite. We provide an oral summary assessment at conclusion. Reports will delivered 1 week. Reports are emailed with a follow-up phone consultation.

Home Energy Score
Department of Energy(DOE) Home Energy Score - Report provides a score on a scale from 1 to 10. 10 being highest in terms of energy efficiency. The assessment measures and evaluates walls, windows, roof, insulation and foundation. Also includes evaluation of heating/cooling/ducting, & water heater. The data is compiled to determine heating & cooling energy usage. The report includes recommendations for improvements and new score based on improvements.

BPI Home Performance Report
Building Performance Institute (BPI) Home Energy Performance Report - Comprehensive energy assessment. Assessment includes building measurements, evaluation of heating/cooling/ducting, water heater, lighting and appliances. Ducting system is tested for duct leakage. Blower door is used to measure building leakage. Report include breakdown of current estimate usage The biggest benefit are recommendations with estimate energy usage and reduced financials savings. |

Standard Energy Assessment
The assessment covers all of the evaluation of assessing the home's components to determine it's energy efficiency. Geography, orientation, building shell, HVAC, Water heater, appliances and lighting are evaluated. Includes assessment of plug-ins and pool systems. Reports provides an energy efficiency impact, conditions and recommendations. |

Data Usage Reports and Charts
This assessment includes 12 months of data from local utility company, analysis and charting results. Data from utility is provided in 15 min. or 1 hour increments. Chart will identifies baselines of usage and produce the appropriate charts to identify patterns and usage. This assessment complements the other assessments to provide a full picture of usage and energy efficiency. |
